Delivery terms

Once you have placed your order, we will process it and hand it over to the carrier. If you are not at home when the courier delivers your package, they will leave a note explaining where and how to collect your Les Soeurs order. Please note that we cannot change a delivery address after the order has been processed.

Bpost is our exclusive operator to deliver your order safe and sound to the location of your choice. You can follow your order at any time.

Expected delivery

Les Soeurs works hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The delivery times do not take into account the preparation time, which normally varies between 24 and 48 hours (on working days). The preparation time can extend to 4 working days during busier periods of the year due to the higher amount of orders.
