Job description:
As a store manager you are responsible for the proper functioning and results of the Les Soeurs store under your supervision:
- You enjoy being busy making customers happy and making them feel welcome right away;
- You safeguard the brand DNA in the store;
- You contribute to achieving set targets, budgets and the overall performance of the store;
- You are able to think problem-solving: issues in the store or customer complaints you handle professionally and independently. The customer is king;
- You ensure accurate follow-up of the store’s stock;
- You set the right example for the supporting sales staff and further train them where necessary.
Your profile:
- You have experience in (fashion) retail, preferably in a managerial role;
- You are friendly, responsible and reliable;
- You are commercially minded and have a strong affinity with fashion;
- You are not afraid of a leadership position;
- You are punctual, independent, tidy and organized;
- You have a dynamic personality and a well-groomed appearance;
- You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality;
- You are willing to work on weekends;
- You speak fluent Dutch, French is a plus;
