Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the smooth running and results of the 'Les Soeurs' store under your care:

• You love to be busy making customers happy and making them feel instantly welcome;
• You guard the brand DNA in the store;
• You contribute to the achievement of set targets, budgets and the overall performance of the store;
• You can think problem-solving: you handle problems in the store or customer complaints professionally and independently. The customer is king;
• You ensure a meticulous follow-up of the stocks in the store;
• You set a good example for the supporting sales staff and train them further where necessary.

Your profile:

• You have experience in (fashion) retail, preferably in a managerial position;
• You are friendly, responsible and reliable;
• You are commercially minded and have a strong affinity with fashion;
• You are not afraid of a leadership position;
• You are punctual, independent, orderly and organized;
• You have a dynamic personality and a neat appearance;
• You are flexible and have a hands on mentality;
