Buying Assistant / Merchandising Analyst
Job description:
As a Buying Assistant / Merchandising Analyst, you support the buying team in developing and monitoring the clothing collections of Les Soeurs. This includes both the ‘Les Soeurs’ label and the multibrand assortment in stores. You participate in design meetings, assist in purchase preparations, analyze sales figures, and help coordinate the entire buying process.
- You combine a passion for fashion with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- You support the development of the ‘Les Soeurs’ clothing collection, from trend and data analysis to follow-up of samples, production, and deliveries.
- You assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, collection planning, and timelines.
- You support the preparation of multibrand purchases through analysis and assortment proposals.
- You monitor deliveries and logistics processes and ensure distribution of goods to the different stores.
- You help manage stock levels, place (repeat) orders, and monitor product assortment.
- You work closely with colleagues from marketing, logistics, and sales to optimize the collection commercially.
Your profile:
- A first experience in fashion buying, merchandising, or retail analysis is a plus.
- You have a strong affinity with fashion and the Les Soeurs brand DNA.
- You are numerically strong and analytical.
- You are accurate, organized, and proactive.
- You are proficient in Excel and interested in data analysis.
- You are a true team player.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality.
