Once you have placed your order, we will process it and hand your parcel over to the carrier. If you are not at home when the courier delivers your parcel, they will leave a card explaining how and where you can pick up your parcel. Please note that we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been processed.
Bpost and GLS are our logistic partners for the fast and secure delivery of your parcel to your desired location. You can track your order at any time.

All orders in Belgium (BE), the Netherlands (NL) and Luxembourg (LUX) over €100 will be shipped free of charge. For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €4.95 will be applied for Belgium, and €5.95 for the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Pickup at a Les Soeurs store of your choice is free.
Europe & the United Kingdom
Orders within Europe and the UK are shipped free of charge as of €200. Shipping costs for orders less than €200 are €11.95. Import duties and taxes levied by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders outside Europe and the UK are shipped free of charge as of €250. Shipping costs for orders less than €250 are €19.95. Import duties and taxes levied by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Les Soeurs makes every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times do not take into account the preparation time, which varies between 24 and 48 hours (on weekdays). Preparation time may take up to four working days during busier periods of the year due to the higher number of orders.
Delivery times only serve as an indication. No rights can be derived from them.
