Internal accountant & HR support

Job Description

With your critical eye, analytical acumen and passion for numbers and human resources (and maybe fashion?), you will be responsible for various tasks as an internal company accountant and back office support for our Human Resources manager at Les Soeurs, including:

  • Checking and entering purchase and sales invoices
  • Processing bank and cash transactions
  • Preparation of monthly closings and VAT declarations
  • Follow-up of daily closings and deposits of our stores
  • Creditor and debtor management
  • Maintenance of project administration
  • Timely and accurate processing of payroll
  • Processing various personnel data and documents
  • You perform other general HR administrative tasks upon request and assist where necessary 

Your profile

  • You have (at least) a bachelor degree in accounting, or comparable knowledge through experience
  • You are numerically and analytically highly developed
  • You are accurate, punctual and like structure
  • You are a team player and can easily cooperate with internal colleagues and the external accounting
  • firm 'Cynex', as well as external HR partners
  • You can deal with deadlines
  • You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality
  • Knowledge of payroll and/or taxation is a plus
  • Knowledge of Yuki is a plus
