Return policy

Return policy

We hope you absolutely love your purchase at Les Soeurs. If there is a reason why this is not the case, you always have time to return your purchase to us.


Items purchased in store can be returned within 14 days upon presentation of the receipt in all Les Soeurs stores provided that the items have not been worn, not washed, not retouched and the original price tag is still attached to the item.

In case of a valid return, you can always make an exchange at Les Soeurs. If you do not immediately find something else at the time of return, a refund will be made in the form of a store credit. This is a digital credit that remains valid indefinitely. A cash refund is not possible.

Exception: Purchases made during sales or other promotional periods cannot be returned.


At Les Soeurs you have 30 days from the order date to return your order to us.

  1. Fill in the return form at the bottom of your invoice.
  2. Pack the items in the original packaging or another solid packaging. Add the original invoice with your return form to the package. Close the package and tape it securely.
  3. Send the package to: Les Soeurs Retours, Industrieweg 100 A, 3980 Tessenderlo, Belgium.
    The costs for returning your order are for your account. We recommend that you keep a proof of shipment with the tracking information with you, because if your returned package is lost on the way, it is not our responsibility.


You can also return your package free of charge in one of our stores. Do not forget to bring your invoice.


Once your return has been received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Your refund will then be processed and the amount due will be refunded on the same account as the one you paid your order with.

Damaged or lost package

Les Soeurs is not liable for loss, damage or theft during shipment of your return package.

In the case of an online purchase, the product remains at the merchant's risk until you take delivery of the product. A return process is therefore no longer within our reach, so damage or loss of a return is at the customer's own risk and responsibility.
