Job description:
With your passion for people and human resources (and maybe also fashion?), as an HR employee at Les Soeurs, you are jointly responsible for various tasks, including:
- Timely and accurate processing of payroll administration.
- Processing various personnel data and documents.
- Managing personnel files, from recruitment to termination.
- Optimizing existing payroll and HR processes.
- You are the first point of contact for employees regarding salary and social legislation questions.
- You shape a competitive HR policy.
- You perform other general administrative tasks upon request and assist where needed.
Your profile:
- You are an experienced HR generalist with some prior experience, including in recruitment and selection.
- You are up to date with the latest developments in social legislation and labor law.
- You are eager to learn and driven to proactively tackle tasks.
- You are enthusiastic and wake up with a smile every day to start your new workday.
- You are reliable, approachable, and able to act with empathy.
- You are punctual and work with precision.
- You have excellent communication skills, can inspire and motivate others.
